JHS Characteristics Of Eco Hydraulic Impact Hammer
1、Hammer Body

1.Increase the strength of frame by sealing up the lower part of the hammer to prevent deformation efficiently.
2.Sensor socket is connected to the hammer body by steel rope, avoiding safety fault of losing of the sensor socket.
3.The hammer body is supported by four square tube , using Q348 steel with thickness of 12.5mm, and integrally annealed and fine finished after welding weldto ensure the hammer strength and durability.
4.Guide blocks are lengthened to protect the guide rod fo piling rig by increaing contact area.
5.Vent hole at the bottom of the hammer body is canceled to reduce the noise by leading the air flow not rush out laterally when piling.
6.The high adhesive corrugated paint on the inner surface of the hammer body can reduce the noise when the ram hits the cushion during piling, which takes effect by the convex and concave surface of corrugated paint.2、Hammer Core Assembly

1.The Ram strikes more powerful by reduction of wind resistance and faster speed with 80 degree taper of its shape.
2.The eight sides of the connection between the ram and the hammer body are all installed with specialthickened plastic material to protect the ram from friction with the steel material of the hammer body directly. Moreover, the special plastic material is 65% more durable than ordinary materials.
3.When the ram is falling, the air flow goes up along the air groove to reduce the noise.
4.The anti rotation block is milled out integrally to prevent loosening and falling.
5.We use imported universal bearing between the ram and the cylinder to prevent bias of cylinder effectively.
6.Multiple high-strength bolts are applied on the cover of the ram to be force evenly, prevent bolt loosening, better protect ram cushion and prolong the durability of oil cylinder.3、Pile Cap Assembly

1.The pile cap with anvil is slotted for used steel instead of paper sheet which can reduced the cost of piling.
2.The upper and lower pile cap is connect with baffles which safe and easy for operations with different size pile caps.4、Power Pack

1.The Pannel is set at the front which is easy for operator to observe the working condition of the powerpack.
2.The imported high-pressure quick change connector is adopted for the oil pipe joint, which increasesthe convenience and safety for the installation and maintenance.
3.In order to reduce the pollutants entering the hydraulic system during transportation andmaintenancefor hydraulic system cleaning, every quick change connector are covered with dust cap.Project Cases
